easy access from subway and bus with station right in front of the hotel. the railway station is just 1 minute away! great pool on the terrace of the hotel with nice view and a bunch of seagulls and pigeons flying around. one issue with homeless people hanging around and sleeping in the door steps of the hotel and spreading bad smells :(

Top Tip
one day trip cards worth buying from railway station as they can take you to Cascais, Estoril, Sintra, Cabo da Roca by train and bus

Great location, great terrace and views but the hotel needs some updating and repairs e.g. missing stone panels on balconies. Also the terrace was not cleaned after breakfast, rubbish still there in the afternoon e.g. empty butter packets.

Excellent servive from Reception staff. Room maid came at an inconvenient time i.e.late in the day. Lack of information in room re dishwasher etc.

Top Tip
Hotel close to buses, trams. metro and (trains to Sintra) Valentino Italian restaurant, almost opposite was excellent.Get guide book, everything recommended was worth doing.

we stayed a week before in lisbon in a 2 star hotel and there we stayed in a 4 star vip eden.... vip eden is far very far from a 4 star!!!!! no hot water no air con service was bad ect ect.... how they rate the hotel i dont no!!! my holiday was spoilt bye the hotel....

Your Hotel should have some parking space for example in the nearest garage.

This hotel boasts an excellent situation. The city bus stops just before the hotel and many important sights are easily accessible on foot. The airport bus stops at the front door of the hotel. The roof terrace is especially nice with grand views over the city. The service from staff is bad. Not friendly, breakfast is too expensive at Euro 8,50 to and the pool is not very clean. Birds come to the breakfast-table and eat your breakfast. 4 stars for the view. Never 4 stars for staff, or cleaning of the pool.

Great hotel in a great location and for the price we paid, I wasn't expecting it to be so nice. Lovely rooftop terrace with views across the city. Room was spotless and has all you'd require in a s/c apartment. I will definitely be returning to Lisbon and hopefully will be able to stay at this hotel.

Location is perfect. Lisbon is a beautiful city, we had a great break. Definitely not 4 stars......Rooms are old & need tidying, picture for room was not the same as we got. Picture of bar on website was the reception !! Pool on Roof needed cleaning. Cheap hotel if it had 3 stars it would have met standards. Roof Terrace & pool is fantastic on the main strip of city, sun going down is living. A bit of care and the hotel would be great. Not for family stay but perfect for people to see city
